However, given the nature of digital products and creative services, refunds and cancellations work differently than they would for physical goods.

1. Eligibility for refunds & cancellations
A. Digital products (templates, design assets, e-books, etc.)
All digital product sales are final. Once a file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be “returned,” so we do not offer refunds.
If a product is corrupted, inaccessible, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours at tailoreddimensionsmedia@gmail.com. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, either provide a corrected version or a replacement of equal value.
B. One-time Services (graphic design, logo-making, media, etc.)
If you purchase a service and wish to cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of payment to receive a refund. A 5% processing fee (covering payment gateway charges) will be deducted.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible, as work begins immediately—this includes research, brainstorming, and project planning.
If we fail to deliver a service due to our own oversight, we will assess the stage of completion and may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
If the final work does not meet expectations, reasonable revisions will be offered within the agreed scope of work to ensure you receive a satisfactory outcome.
C. Subscription-based services (marketing, branding consultation, monthly retainers, etc.)
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription.
If you forget to cancel before the next billing cycle, we cannot provide a refund. You are responsible for managing your subscription settings.
If you need to temporarily pause your subscription, you may request a hold for up to 3 months under valid circumstances.
2. How to request a refund or cancellation

3. Cases where refunds are not possible
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- If a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.
- If a service is canceled after the 24-hour cancellation window.
- If project delays occur due to the client’s lack of response, failure to provide required materials, or failure to approve work on time.
- If technical issues arise on the client’s end (e.g., software incompatibility, outdated systems, or local hardware failures).
- If delays or disruptions occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outages, server failures, or third-party service interruptions.
